We would like to invite you to our 2nd Annual Toy Drive, Blood drive and our Blessings In A Backpack drive.
This year we are making it A Full Day of Giving.
Erickson’s is honoring this holiday season by hosting a full day of giving back to our community. We realize that in this hard economy the real necessity is to give back to those in need.
Erickson’s and our partners of Noack, Mitchell, CPA & Webb & Scarmozzino, PA will be giving back to the community with a full day of events.
You can attend all of the events or only those that feel right for you to participate in.
We invite you to come and spend the day with us and our partners.
Blessings In A Backpack
We will begin by going back to the basics… feeding our children.
Erickson’s has teamed up with Blessings in a Backpack.
We have committed to helping the School District’s in Lee County.
During the month of December – Erickson’s will accept ANY size donation, from $1.00 up to however much your generosity allows.
$80 feeds a child in the program for an entire school year.
Blessings in a Backpack is a results-oriented program. This unique program is designed to feed elementary school children whose families qualify for the federal free and reduced meal program, and may not have any or enough food on the weekends. 100% of the Proceeds goes back into the program of Feeding Children in Need.
Better test scores, improved reading skills, positive behavior, improved health and increased attendance have all been attributed to the success of this program.
Following a donation, a school is chosen and a local grocer partners with the program to provide food for meals in the backpacks.
Each Friday, students receive their backpacks with staples that require little to no preparation. They are provided with supplies to sustain hunger over the weekend, and return with their backpacks on Monday ready to learn.
2nd Annual Toy Drive

n December 21st, 2010 we will host our 2nd Annual Toy Drive. From 9am – 4pm Santa will be at our main office to distribute toys in collaboration with The Quality of Life organization. We will also have refreshments throughout the day for you to enjoy.
We will match every toy donated with a donation of a second toy.
Donations can be dropped off anytime from 8am – 5pm Mon. – Fri. to our main office located in Fort Myers at 12651 Metro Parkway, Ste 2. You can also contact us at 239-277-7744.
Blood Drive
We will also be hosting a blood drive. The Florida’s Blood Center Mobile and will be accepting donations from 9am – 4pm on December 21st, 2010 at our main office located at 12651 Metro Parkway, Ste 2 in Fort Myers.
