Our team begins the mold removal process by containing the affected work area to ensure unaffected areas of the property are not cross contaminated as a result of our work. Following containment, all effected materials are removed, doubled bagged and discarded. We use HEPA Filtration devices to eliminate the presence of mold spores as well as specialized cleaning techniques, equipment and industrial strength anti-microbial solutions to complete the remediation process.

Once remediation is complete we highly recommended having an Industrial Environmental Hygienist perform testing to ensure all work performed was done correctly and the mold has been sufficiently removed. The hygienist is an independent third party that will ensure the property owner that the environment is safe and that the mold remediation work has been completed to industry standards.
